Question 1

Which PromptForge option should I start with?

Accepted Answer

The $35 USD one-time Client Communication Prompt Kit is written, adaptable prompts for project kickoff and expectations, client status updates, scope questions, payment follow-ups, and feedback requests. It is for freelancers, independent creators, and small business owners.

Question 2

Is there a free resource?

Accepted Answer

The five-template PDF is free and requires no email or purchase. It is a separate starting point from the paid kit.

Question 3

How do I access a purchase?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open My library to read the purchased written materials after the server verifies the saved payment. A checkout return or a pending or unverified payment does not unlock the materials.

Question 4

Does purchase email delivery affect library access?

Accepted Answer

Email delivery is handled separately from library access. Library access depends on the server-verified saved payment.

Question 5

How can I get help with a purchase?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and send a purchase-specific request through buyer help. Select the affected purchase or say that you cannot find it. Requests are saved for PromptForge Studio staff to review. For general questions, email promptforge-studio@polsia.app.

Question 6

Where can I read the refund details?

Accepted Answer

Read the existing Refunds policy for details. Submitting a request does not approve or issue a refund.
