Access to your kit

The Client Communication Prompt Kit is a $27 USD one-time offer. Access depends on server verification of the saved purchase.

Verification comes first

A checkout return or a pending payment does not unlock the written materials. The payment must be verified by the server against the saved offer and purchase before the kit appears in your library.

If payment is pending, unverified, or the payment service is unavailable, the materials stay locked. You can check the purchase status again or send a help request from your account.

Perpetual access after verification

A verified purchase includes perpetual access to the purchased materials in your PromptForge library. Purchase email delivery is separate: if an email fails, verified library access remains available.

If PromptForge Studio staff record that the payment owner completed a confirmed full refund for a purchase, access to that purchase ends. Other purchases are not changed.
